I’m Neil Mullaney, one of two priests, who along with four other people comprise the Pastoral Staff serving God’s People who are “the living church” of St. Pius V, Lynn.

Since I was twelve years old, I’ve lived in the Archdiocese of Boston. I began my seminary education in September, 1963 and was ordained in May, 1971. I’ve served God’s people in Gloucester, Somerville, Natick, Newton and Braintree. I have loved being a priest and sharing my faith journey with many people on the same journey. I’ve known success and failure, joy and sorrow, peace and pain. Presently, I am enjoying ministry with God’s people in Lynn, working collaboratively with our pastoral staff. It is our vision and goal to enable people to activate their priesthood of the Baptized faithful by rendering in word and action stewardship of time, talent and treasure in ways that manifest the living presence of God among us. In conclusion, I would describe the Spirit of St. Pius V parish with the words that are the title of a liturgical song we often sing when we gather together for Sunday worship: “All are welcome!” That includes you who are visiting this site right now.
